Storage : Due to the special HM-adhesive, normally our pallets are supplied without Polyethylene-film, placed between the sheets. Nevertheless, for countries with high medium temperature, this film will be placed under request. Under normal conditions, SAHATAX-T can be stored during about 1 year.
Comments : It is advisable to check in advance the upper material on suitability for iron on toe puff & counter material. The grease content in the upper material may weaken the bonding strength after certain time.

Advantages : High resilience and durability, maintains toe shape indefinitely, even after repeated collapsing, water resistant, unaffected by water and foot perspiration; softness, the current trend towards light and soft flexibility in shoes lends itself to the use of lighter grades of QTS materials. Only by using extruded toe puff can soft resilience be combined with durability and such high shape retention.

FLEXIBLE TOE PUFF OR COUNTER MATERIAL
CHACTERISTICS: GAMMA QTS/M is a thermoplastic material, extruded core laminated to a netted non-woven spun lace fabric with hot-melt adhesive coating on one or two sides.
